The staff, rooms, and cleanliness were all excellent, though the whirlpool has been out of service for quite a while, as it has been during my recent visits to Wabi.

The place was clean and hygienic.
The staff were very friendly and the rooms had been nicely renovated, but there was no reception desk in the spa area.
The room was well equipped, breakfast was very tasty, and the staff were friendly. The only issue was that the water in the bathroom was hard to regulate—it was mostly just hot water.

The industrial design, the friendly and upbeat staff, the super tasty breakfast service, and the terrace on the 1st floor as a perfect chillout area were all great, yet the balconies lack cover making them unusable on hot summer days, only two outdoor chairs are available so you can’t put your feet up, the spa area is hard to locate, the restaurant only serves breakfast, and the hotel’s website description does not match reality.
