Communication via WhatsApp was great, the facilities were impressive including the whirlpool, they could arrange an airport transfer for about 30,000‑40,000 depending on the time, and meals could be ordered; we’d definitely return. The drive was tricky for our Uber driver to locate, but that wasn’t the hotel’s fault—just make sure to follow Google Maps closely.
