“Unfortunately, the convenient location for us was the only positive aspect of our stay.”

The only real advantage of this hotel was its convenient location near the music venue we visited in Dresden, and we liked the décor because we’re musicians and record collectors. That’s all. The most disappointing part of our stay was the completely unprofessional and rude behavior of one of the receptionists—Celine. She was unfriendly, unwilling to help, and made us feel stupid and unwelcome from the very first interaction. Such conduct is unacceptable in hospitality, especially at reception where guests should be greeted with courtesy, respect, and a willingness to assist. This terrible first impression was the main reason we will never return. The breakfast was another letdown: the coffee was fine, but the eggs were absolutely inedible—dry, cold, rubbery, and like old lasagne. They were among the worst eggs we’ve ever tasted. The overall breakfast selection was very average and certainly not what one would expect from a hotel charging these prices.

Well‑furnished rooms, a small but adequate fitness area, two saunas with self‑service steam, and coffee and teas for the lobby. Very nice.

“Super schönes, außergewöhnliches Hotel mit super Frühstück!”

Das Frühstück war spitze! Insgesamt hatten wir allerdings nichts auszusetzen. Ein super Hotel! Wir sind auch schon zum zweiten Mal da und kommen gerne wieder
