Estrutura do hotel excelente e tudo muito limpo. As pessoas do staff eram todas simpáticas e prestativas. Todas as refeições eram muito boas e a limpeza do hotel excelente. Certamente retornaremos!
The dinner was excellent and plentiful, the pool was nice, and the service was good. The breakfast was too continental and not very Italian. Cleaning was not exceptional, especially at lunch near the pool.

The room was luxurious and the staff offered us lunch after we arrived after 2 am and stayed until about 11 am that same day. I thank the staff for letting us stay and for the offered lunch, but since I had other commitments I left.

Very accommodating staff – Francesca at reception went above and beyond. The hotel team was amazing, assisting me at every meal because I’m gluten‑intolerant and showing me what I could eat. Entertainment was perfect, the pool great, views stunning, and the free shuttle bus a nice bonus. All in all, one of the best places we’ve stayed, thanks to the staff. Sarah & Steve. We chose the wrong room, so the balcony didn’t give the views we wanted, but overall the hotel experience made up for it. Next time I’ll be sure to book a room with a view – it didn’t affect our stay.
