DO NOT BOOK UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED! I booked this hotel months ahead, received a confirmation, and then 4 hours before check‑in the hotel told me they were overbooked and had canceled my reservation. They gave me a third‑party phone number to try to get rebooked, but the options were unacceptable and we couldn’t continue with our trip. I should have read the reviews, as this property seems to have done this to several customers in the past. I will never book here again and am seriously considering not using it again. The property could have honored our reservation.
