“Appena sufficiente”
The place sits just 2 min from the beach and the price is fair for what it offers. The bed is a bit firm but still comfortable, and the rooftop terrace is lovely for a decent breakfast; there’s also a pool that I didn’t use. I never got a reply from the manager on either Booking or WhatsApp, and later learned he was abroad. Luckily, Mr Saddam handled the welcome and even cleaned my room, which was supposed to be a Deluxe matrimonial but arrived still dirty and smelling bad. The manual fan was broken, the AC was noisy, and the light and water often cut out (no backup generator). The spiral staircase to the first floor was a real hassle. Bathroom taps were heavily mineral‑stained and there were roaches gnawing at the furniture. Rooms were only cleaned every three days, and the staff seemed scarce and tired. If you’re on a tight budget and have no high expectations, it might work.
