“A peaceful county retreat close to Ragusa and Chiaramonte Gulfi”

The rural setting outside of busy Ragusa features a variety of plants and trees in an authentic farmhouse vibe. The room is modern and comfortable, and the dining area for meals and breakfast sits in the original atmospheric building. Supper is offered, and the host cooks well! A friendly dog and some goats roam the property. However, you can’t see the major road above, though you can hear some traffic noise. The pool was closed at the end of May, so if you’re arriving in early June and want a pool, ask ahead to confirm it’s open.

“Da non ripetere”

I stayed in a room without a TV, which was a major drawback. The humidity in the room was extremely high, and the door would leak water, making it a real issue. I documented this with photos, and despite having a conditioner, it was impossible to heat the room, making it only suitable for summer stays.

I was warmly welcomed by the staff, and the property is surrounded by nature, which was a lovely experience. However, our stay was too short, and I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the beautiful scenery and meet the friendly people. Unfortunately, there was nothing to complain about during our stay.

The hotel's reception, setting, and staff were all very friendly and made our stay enjoyable. The dinner was exceptional, but unfortunately, the hotel's location made it difficult to access, and the road was in poor condition. Additionally, the breakfast was quite limited compared to the dinner we had the previous night.
