I had an incredibly luxurious experience at this hotel, with every detail exuding elegance and comfort. The property was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast buffet was impressively diverse, catering to international tastes. The staff's exceptional professionalism and fluency in English made our stay seamless, from arrival to departure. Overall, it was a flawless experience that I'd love to repeat.
The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, always available to assist. I also appreciated the comprehensive breakfast, which started at 6 am, perfect for early risers. The room and hotel amenities were great, and the pools were well-maintained.

However, my room was located under the top-floor restaurant, which meant I had to endure noise from the water pump and machinery until midnight, so I would advise against booking a room on the ninth floor.
