“Non piacevole”
The price and proximity to the airport with shuttle service are positives, but it’s far below Novotel standards: breakfast mainly local items that didn’t look fresh, a slow restaurant service, and staff clearly struggling with English.
The place is close to the airport and the free drop‑off is great; the staff are friendly and welcoming, and the pool is lovely. However, the restaurant and bar didn’t live up to expectations—cocktails and lunch were poor, while breakfast was much better and good value for money.

The view from the restaurant is nice, but the sugar and coffee in the room should be cleaner, using sachets instead of pouring directly from the container.
