Very friendly and helpful staff. The surprise upon arrival was that from our room we could see Mount Fuji… it was amazing! The only downside was the lack of an elevator.

The hotel is just a 2‑3 minute walk from the station and the well‑known Lawson, but the view from the room really blew me away – it was spectacular! The property itself is new, spotless, and modern, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The blanket was too fluffy and light for my taste, making it hard to fall asleep, and the pillow was too small.
