“Fantastoc historical property”
I was lucky to stay in the old pharmacy suite, and the historic preservation is fantastic, with all the original apothecary cabinets and paraphernalia. No major problems, just the air‑conditioning would have helped because it was hot. The roof terrace is nice but a bit worn.
“Cheap and cheerful”
It was perfect for a one‑night stay.
“Lovely little guesthouse in central location.”
The location was ideal for us, just a short walk to bars, restaurants, the marina, and public transport. The room was clean, the fan was appreciated, the bathroom was large with a powerful shower, and the bed was comfortable. Having a kettle and fridge available (even though not in the room) was nice. The roof terrace was lovely and large, with shade if needed. Andreia was very proactive in her communication, and the instructions for check‑in and check‑out were clear. Thank you. However, because of the central location, the front room could be noisy with traffic when the windows were open. The room was described as having a balcony, but it was actually only a Juliet balcony. It wasn’t very clear that the fridge, kettle, etc. were in the communal area rather than in our room. The furniture on the roof terrace was a little old, and in some cases rickety.

The host answered right away when we asked if we could check in early. The cozy house is beautifully decorated with style, the bed is good, the towels are nice, and the price‑quality ratio is superb. We got clear instructions on how everything works. The house sits right in the center with lovely terraces and restaurants nearby. The terrace on the roof could use an update—it’s a great spot to sit.
The free breakfast was really good. I also liked the room and its comfort. The decor was beautiful, Andreia was super friendly and fun, and I was very grateful to have been there. I loved it.
