The onsite bathroom, sauna, reception, restrooms and restaurant were very clean, and the staff were wonderful and kind; however, we had to carry the sleeping bag and bedding from another building to our snow hotel room, which was far and the bedding was heavy—helping with that would be nice, and the restaurant service was very slow.

We stayed in early October and the cabin was gorgeous, the food was tasty, and there were plenty of activities. The view of the Northern Lights that night was fantastic. It would have been even better to visit during snowfall, which I think would have been amazing.

I got to sleep in an ice hotel and catch the Aurora Borealis right before bed. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

L’emplacement au bord d'un fjord, le design des petits bungalows, intérieur et extérieur. Petit déjeuner parfait. La distance entre les chambres de l'hôtel de glace et les sanitaires oblige à se changer dans une maison, à sortir à l'extérieur puis à rentrer dans l'hôtel de glace, idem pour les toilettes.
