I called the front desk—Rhenni—only to be hung up on while I was telling him I was just around the corner. I arrived at 5:20, and although check‑in didn’t finish until 6, I was still on time, yet I couldn’t get in.

The staff were okay, but the rooms had roaches and they perform routine checks on Tuesdays. I understand the safety need, but if you’re in the room with headphones on and can’t hear them knocking, they’ll still open the door. That kind of privacy breach is annoying, especially when all you’re dropping off is a single trash bag.
