The breakfast needs a lot of improvement. The reception staff treated me poorly upon arrival; you can refer to the cameras that were present during my check‑in. I’ve attached a photo of the room booking we agreed on.

The location is great, the staff are friendly and they helped us a lot, especially during check‑out when we booked a new room and they didn’t make us wait until check‑in; instead they offered the new room immediately. Special thanks to Ms Rola and Mr Reemi for making our stay so comfortable.
