The room was beautiful, quiet and spotless, but the first‑floor unit smelled of the drainage canal.
Everything was great; we stayed just one day – the bathroom was very clean and modern, and the beds were nice and comfortable. The taxi driver for our transfer to the airport was very late; next time I’ll book it myself instead of using the hotel.

The staff were friendly, the food was yummy, the rooms were clean, and overall the service was good. The location is slightly inconvenient, but it’s an easy Grab to get somewhere more central.

I paid for a bed in a shared dormitory but, since there were empty private rooms, I was upgraded for free, having only paid £8 for my stay. The facilities I used were fantastic, and for anyone considering the private room, I assure you it is well worth it.
