The staff were competent and extremely friendly. The king bed was excellent, and the shower was fine, electric. Breakfast was generous and excellent, with fresh juices, eggs, various cheeses, fresh cakes, bread, Joanina coffee, milk, etc. There was a large area for children, with an artificial waterfall, a huge outdoor pool, and a heated indoor pool. However, there were no amenities in the bathroom, and we didn’t bring shampoo, which was inconvenient.

The atmosphere was great, the place was super clean, staff were very friendly and attentive, the room itself was good and tidy. The portion prices were too high.

The heated pool was truly fantastic, the bed was comfy. I went with my family and the hotel urgently needs maintenance; we couldn’t use the playground because the grass was tall and had ticks. The towels weren’t new, the shower required a “hack” to stay warm. I found it absurd to pay R$15.00 for each pool towel (why bring a towel to a hotel?). The breakfast was bad—here in Minas, even the pão de queijo was low quality, which is the bare minimum.

The place was very pretty, with excellent facilities. The staff were super pleasant, attentive, and provided all the necessary support. Unfortunately, I injured myself and twisted my ankle, so I couldn’t enjoy many things. Still, I’m deeply grateful for all the staff’s help, especially the manager who accompanied me through the entire process and stayed by my side until I returned to the hotel.
