“Clean But Lacking”

The cleanliness of the room was a definite plus, but unfortunately, it was not enough to make up for the numerous issues we encountered. The sink was clogged, the phone was out of order, and some of the electrical outlets weren't working. To make matters worse, the amenities provided, such as towels and drinking glasses, seemed to be for only one person, despite our booking being for two. The pricing also seemed out of sync, with walk-in rates being lower than what we paid.

I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay, to say the least. The staff seemed indifferent to our needs, and the service was practically non-existent. We had specifically booked a room with twin beds, but were initially given a room with a double bed. Although they eventually upgraded us to a larger room with two beds, it was clear that they were not eager to accommodate our request.

“I’m planning to book my son every weekends for one year . But the service failed me . Never again”

The only redeeming quality of my stay was the convenient parking. However, that was overshadowed by the overall discomfort I experienced during my visit.

“Needs to improve facility of this hotel because it has a huge potential”

The hotel's proximity to the city, restaurants, and convenience stores was a major plus. However, the room I was assigned was not ready for guests, with issues like a missing toilet seat, a loose sink tap, and a bathroom door that didn't lock. Additionally, I was not provided with a blanket, and breakfast was not included in my booking, which I only realized upon checking out.

“good for a traveler who needs an overnight stay”

I appreciated the hotel's location, which was easy to find and provided a peaceful respite from the sounds of traffic. However, the air conditioning unit was a bit noisy, although it did keep the room cool.
