The hotel's harbor location was stunning and incredibly convenient
The receptionist was very attentive and helpful in providing us with information about bus routes
The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly

Great location right on Lake Constance with quality rooms, but parking was limited and we even struggled to fit our motorcycles in.
The location is great and I also like the retro charm. My room wasn’t ready at 3 pm, and the front desk didn’t tell me that; I only found out upstairs that it still wasn’t prepared. They offered me a coffee, which was wonderful. The reception wasn’t very friendly and talked about things that haven’t worked recently.

The room was spacious, bright, with a generous balcony and a new bathroom; the location offered a direct view from the room/balcony of the lake and ferry traffic, and several restaurants nearby. Breakfast was very generous and variable, with excellent service and room service, daily cleaning, and fresh towels. The room had carpeted flooring.
Nice lakeside location, and cycling trips to Konstanz city and Mainau Island are easy. The beds were very soft and uncomfortable for me.
