The hosts were friendly and courteous, the breakfast was great, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the grounds were nicely landscaped and maintained. There was nothing that we disliked about our stay, but upon arrival we discovered that Booking .com had charged us an incredibly steep fee for their service of booking a two night stay. We realized that using the host's website to book directly, would have been much better option. I realize that has to make a profit, but in this case it was quite disproportionate to the actual price of the accommodation. did not reply to my email inquiry concerning the fee charge

The B&B was perfect in every way—just messed up my reservation. I told the B&B I wanted a room without a view.
