Unfortunately this was my seventh visit and the worst surprise yet – I always book a room with a double bed and two single beds, matching the London or purple‑themed rooms shown online, but this time I was given a much smaller room with only a decent double bed, a recliner that was uneven and a fold‑out bed that was terribly uncomfortable and curved. We didn’t sleep at all, and the disappointment is huge because we have always chosen this hotel, only to be met with these extremely uncomfortable single beds. I don’t think I’ll pick this location again. 😔

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, no request was too much. They gave great local tips and arranged a wine tasting for us. If we return to Macedonia, we’ll definitely come back here.
