The old palace was freshly renovated, and the rooms were cozy and fully equipped. Everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping team was super helpful and attentive. The breakfast, however, fell short, and trying to eat on the terrace was annoying with pigeons flying overhead. There was no place to grab a drink in the bar after dark.

The historic property was completely renovated into a hotel and looks stunning. The staff were attentive and kind, fixing a small issue in our room quickly. The room itself was pleasant, spacious, and had an excellent bathroom. One suggestion is that the blackout curtains on the doors could be more effective. Breakfast was tasty, served "on demand" rather than buffet. The hotel sits right in the historic center; you need to park about 5‑10 minutes away, but you can drive to the hotel to drop off and pick up luggage, which is convenient. The rooftop offers a beautiful view of the entire city.
