A great spot to rest away from Rome, just mountains and water. Small but nice, not for everyone. If you like a lot of shopping, this isn’t it. The staff are very friendly. The parking is on an old company’s grounds. I first thought it might be an issue, but nothing happened. Parking is included and free.

It’s central. The air conditioning isn’t working well and there’s no good ventilation. The showers and toilets are dirty and only cleaned once a week.

We were lucky to be alone and enjoy the whole space. Lorris gave a warm welcome, the dinner at his restaurant was very good for a friendly price, and breakfast was free. The only downside was the glass door on the street with no shading.
