“Wish we had kept driving”

The staff were rude, the Wi‑Fi password was wrong and they insisted it was correct, the toilet handle was broken so you had to lift the tank lid and reach in to lift the lever, breakfast consisted of a few tangerines and individual cereal boxes you had to open and pour milk into, and there was no coffee in the room or a phone to call the desk.

“Absolutely disgusting with staff that lies.”

Nothing good at all. I found a huge cockroach in my room and the staff are making it hard to get a refund; this place should be shut down.

The bed was decent, but breakfast was a mess: no plates or bowls, the waffles were moldy and crumbling, there was no cream cheese for the bagels, and the room lacked a coffee maker.

“I slept because I was very tired. As soon as I woke up , I left the hotel, I will never come back!”

The property feels old and needs a lot of work; the bedding and towels were worn and not very clean, and the breakfast was terrible. I paid $65 a night, not $120.
