I liked how close the hotel was to Shin-Osaka station, but the bed was really narrow.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the 24‑hour water and hot beverage service was great, though the water heater temperature was a bit hard to manage.

The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast staff were courteous, but it would have been better if the bathroom and room were barrier‑free, and the kettle for boiling water was not good.

It was easy because the hotel is not far from Shin‑Osaka station even on foot.
