The experience was the worst possible: we were told we had no room and our booking was declined even though it had been confirmed. No rooms were available.

The staff were gossiping about other guests. Totally worthless.

The rooms were smelly, a bathroom window was broken, creating a serious privacy issue. The hotel manager was extremely rude, behaved with a cheating mentality, and I had a very bad experience. No tissues were available, and the manager’s behavior was pathetic.
