The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was good, and we really appreciated the courtesy light in the bathroom and the handy tissues. The check‑in was non‑existent, a phone number that nobody answered for 20 minutes, the carpet had stains everywhere and the dust on the ceiling and lamps was hard to spot, there were no towel hooks and no hair dryer in the bathroom.

Communication was terrible; nobody could be reached for days. The hygiene was a catastrophe. Breakfast was served in the basement of a business building below the hotel, also a disaster. The location was awful in every way, utterly disappointing. I would never recommend it to anyone.
I booked the room seven minutes before midnight. Even though no one met us at reception, we called the friendly girl at the listed phone number and clarified the details, and she handed us the keys to our assigned room. The lady who served breakfast was wonderful! Thank you!
“Absolute (Ent)-täuschung”
Ehrlich gesagt nur der Erste Eindruck (Bilder)hier auf Booking. Leider muss ich sagen: Katastrophe! NIE war jemand telefonisch, vorab zu erreichen. Beim Eintreffen Rezeotion leer sowie unter angegebener Nummer wieder keiner zu erreichen. Später dann (Spätnachmittag) war ein Zettel an die Rezeption geklebt mit Namen und Zummernummern, daneben die Schüssel mit den Schlüsseln - Mein Name stand statt 2x, 4x auf dem Zettel! Und die falschen Zimmer noch dazu! Erst durch den "Putzmann" (nur gebrochenes Deutsch) konnten wir irgendwen erreichen. Die Dame war allerdings weniger als hilfreich! Einrichtung eher 70er/80er Jahre Dunkel-Eiche-Möbel, im Gang roch es nach Kotze und von Sauberkeit auf den Zimmern absolute Fehlanzeige! Teppiche, Vorhänge fleckig, in der Dusche waren noch die Haarbüschel von den vorherigen Gästen, Wasserhahn völlig verkalkt, Shampoospender defekt sowie viele andere Dinge, Abflüsse die nicht mehr ablaufen und Bett-Kopfteile mit rießigen, fettigen Flecken an denen sich die 1000 Gäste vorher schon gewetzt haben. Muffige Luft und kein sicheres Gefühl! Das gleiche Bild zieht sich durch alle Zimmer, die von unserer Gruppe belegt war (insg. 7 Zimmer!)
I can only echo previous reviews: cleanliness is not a priority here. The carpet is full of stains, the sofa has many holes, the bathroom handle broke off and fell onto the tub, and a wardrobe door was ripped out. Normally I read reviews before booking, but I didn’t this time, and I won’t do it again. I can’t say anything about the staff because we didn’t see anyone. Reception was never staffed, just a screen showing the same picture every day. There was no breakfast, or the room marked for breakfast was closed. We tried to call the number on the reception desk, but it was unreachable. I had to give a one‑star rating because otherwise a review would not have been possible. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The only positive was the great view from the balcony.
