“"Hotel" que debería ser considerado hostal”

The place is centrally located and had a fridge. The room was tiny, nothing like the photos. It was an old-style hotel with no elevator and the reception on the first floor. They claimed 24‑hour reception, but when I asked days before if I could drop off luggage on the day of checkout, they said yes, then on checkout day they said no and apologized, saying they might or might not be there (even though it's 24‑hour reception). The shower had a weird angle, causing water to spill and flood the bathroom, and the washing machine also leaked, creating a puddle in the room. Also, the wardrobe was annoying: to hang the four hangers you had to rotate it to close, and you risked knocking over the TV.

“Buena ubicación”

The location is excellent. The room was too noisy, not mainly from street noise but from inside the hotel. The bathroom had a water leak that made a constant noise.

The location was good, but the window wouldn’t close, which was annoying in the noisy surroundings.

The staff were courteous and arranged for us to recover the room earlier than expected.

Great location and very friendlyand helpful staff. The room was very small, but it was fine for one person. There is no elevator, some street noise, and the pillows weren’t very comfortable. Luggage storage is available
