The room was spacious and pleasant, the staff were very friendly, and the breakfast tasted good. The hotel sits in a very central spot, so everything is reachable on foot or by bus. The breakfast area, though, was in the main entry and felt a bit crowded and not that cozy.

The room was well equipped with a washer‑dryer, shoe dryer, trouser press and brushes, but the drain pipe gave off an unpleasant smell, and when I got into the bathtub the low position caused a foul odor that made it uncomfortable.

The room was modern, clean, and larger than expected. It had a washing machine and detergent, making it good for longer stays. It was only two bus stops from the east exit of Kanazawa Station. To empty the trash bin and change bath towels, a sign had to be stuck on the door, but that was not a big problem.
