“Tolles Hotel mit richtig gutem P/L”

We felt very comfortable here. The hotel’s age gives it a certain charm, our room was very spacious, and both the pub and the on‑site restaurant were great. We’ll gladly return! The location is generally beautiful, but outside there were some homeless and mentally confused people; it didn’t bother us, but it might not be the first choice for solo female travelers.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially since we stayed on the third floor without an elevator and they still carried our luggage. To switch to a quieter room, the front desk warned us that hot water would arrive slower, but in reality the hot water took a long time and was still not hot enough.

The accommodation was basic but decent enough for a short stay. The hotel has an old‑fashioned charm and looks nice from the outside. The room and bed were a reasonable size, with clean sheets and linens, and overall the bed was comfortable enough. However, the hotel could use some cleaning and maintenance improvements: the furniture is old and scratched, the table was dirty, the microwave had food splatter, and some corners were dusty with visible black dirt. Some electrical outlets were loose, making chargers feel insecure, and the internet was very slow and frequently lagged, making it hard to use.

I was upset that they added an extra 20 dollars to my booking fee, so I won't book with them again and I’ll block any future emails.
