Apartment no. 7 offered comfortable, spacious, and well‑furnished accommodation. Five of us stayed there, including three adults and two medium‑sized dogs. The large terrace and beautiful view of the Nesyt pond bird reserve were a big bonus. Thanks for allowing us to stay together with the dogs, even though it was a fee. The shared bathroom with toilet wasn’t quite to our liking; overall, with five people at full capacity, two toilets would have been better.
“Amazing location, but terrace can be noisy”
The spot is fantastic; we went there twice this summer and were really happy each time. The downside is that when a bigger party hangs out on the terrace it can get pretty loud, especially if you’re in apartment 4 or 5. Still, the location makes up for the occasional racket.
“Perfect spot, garden breakfast, dog‑friendly price”
This accommodation nailed the location – everything was a short walk away, especially the route to Lednice. The room was clean, fully stocked, and the garden seating was just two steps from room 3, making breakfast outdoors perfect. We also liked the very reasonable nightly rate for our dog and will definitely be back.
“Good till Thursday, Friday night got noisy”
The place was solid up through Thursday – clean rooms and a handy location. On Friday, a new group checked in and after 10 p.m. the noise level went up quite a bit. It was a bit disappointing after an otherwise smooth stay.

The decor was tasteful, everything was well‑equipped and the place was spotless – really tip‑top all around. I have one tiny suggestion for the owners: sharpen the kitchen knives, because cutting anything felt like a battle. Otherwise, nothing to complain about.
