Don’t book this place; my passport was stolen from my room and the staff were unhelpful throughout the whole ordeal. I’m in the process of reporting to the police. The manager, who was in Canada at the time, told me I was scamming people when I tried to contact him to retrieve my passport by speaking to his staff. He also said he didn’t care about a bad review because it’s off‑season and new management is coming. It was a horrible experience that ruined my holiday.

The staff were friendly, the location was nice and quiet, and the price was good, yet we paid extra for a deluxe room and received a standard room, probably because our room was assigned to someone else; there was no TV, only four holes in the wall where the bracket should have been.

Rogivande mysigt ställe med sin charm. Ägaren otroligt gästvänlig och hjälpsam 🙏 Kan dock ingen engelska men hade roliga konversationer genom googel translate. Rekommenderar detta till er som söker avkoppling och vill bort från allt liv & rörelser, men det är väldigt långt att gå till stranden, restauranger & butiker, annars allt toppen.

I liked the atmosphere, the lovely pool, and the lovely hosts, and the surroundings were nice, but there was no sign at the entrance and it took me a while to find the property, which sits up a dirt track on the right side of Soi Bell road and you go to the end through a white gate.
