“Great location but no access to balcony”

The location was amazing, right in the middle of the old town. We couldn’t access the balcony because a shutter was broken, and there were a lot of ants.

The staff were decent, the accommodation was well‑situated, spacious and clean. However, a generator/air‑conditioning unit under our room ran nonstop 24 hours, making it hard to sleep at night; the noise would start, stop for a few seconds, then resume. Perhaps we were unlucky or the machine was faulty, but it ruined what otherwise was a decent stay.

“Enjoyable but basic apartment in a fab location”

The location was good and the rooms were spacious. The bedroom terrace was terrible—felt like a prison cell.

“Falta de mantenimiento!!!.....La ubicación perfecta”

The location is amazing right in the heart of Estepona, and the beach is only 100 metres away. The apartment was clean but lacked maintenance: the shower head leaked, the mop bucket was broken, there were no kitchen utensils, and there were cockroaches inside the apartment and at the entrance.

“Beautiful apartment that felt like a home from home during our few days in Estepona.”

The location was perfect, right in the centre. The apartment layout was great, very spacious, clean, comfortable, beautifully presented, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It was great, no complaints.
