Staff were friendly, but the room was a mess and it was noisy. They even charged us for items we never used. Also, there was no pre‑check‑in like there is a check‑out.

The location is great and the food is good, but the TV was a real hassle.

The staff were very careless. I asked for coffee and they forgot to send it to the kitchen. I also asked for room cleaning and nobody came.

Location is good and the service is quick, but the shower had no water pressure and was unstable. There was no cleaning after the first night.

Location is fine, but the TV only had two channels. They promised to honor a special request but never did.
