Everything was fine.
Water always comes out of the bathtub; I asked them many times to install some silicone by the edge of the glass but nothing happened, so it’s not safe if you need to get out of the shower bathtub.
“Great hotel with great staff and buffet”
The hotel’s spot right above the mall was spot-on, and I didn’t encounter any issues.
The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful, but the rooms are clearly very old and, despite the hotel now being under new management, very little has changed; the carpet was in particularly poor condition, showing significant signs of age and wear, and the cleanliness was also below an acceptable standard, with towels and bedding visibly dirty, which was especially disappointing for a hotel of this standard.
Friendly staff and a pleasant pool temperature made the breakfast enjoyable, but the room had a musty, mouldy smell that only improved slightly with an air purifier; service at the bar was sluggish, and the hotel’s location was less appealing than the other side of the highway, which offered better shops and bars.
