The breakfast was varied and excellent, the wellness area was fantastic, and the kids loved it. Dinner was also plentiful, always with several fish options, though the kids found it a bit harder to choose—more suited to adult tastes.

Breakfast was very varied with fresh fruit, but I can’t judge the quality because mine only included cappuccino and a brioche. The buffet dinner was acceptable with many dishes, overall not bad. The double room with balcony was not 20 m² as advertised; it was only about 15 m² including the bathroom. The beds were terribly made, everything was messy, even the bed runner, giving the room a sloppy feel. The balcony was dirty. The fridge was empty, with a note saying to request refills if interested. If you need help you can call reception, but nobody ever answers. The safe didn’t work, and even the hotel staff who were called to fix it couldn’t. The air conditioning couldn’t be adjusted from the room; everything was controlled centrally, so I had to keep the window open to compensate for the cold. Reception didn’t speak Italian. Also, on one of the days my room wasn’t cleaned. In the evening we asked for new towels at least.
I didn’t drive my car to the garage myself and that bothered me.
