Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen und unser Zimmer war sauber und sehr gemütlich. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich. Negativ und störend fanden wir den Rauchgeruch im gesamten Hotel. Es sind in den Fluren und den Zimmern auch überall Aschenbecher aufgestellt, sodass man davon ausgehen muss, dass hier überall rauchen erlaubt ist. Beim einchecken war das Zimmer stark parfümiert, vermutlich um den Rauchgeruch zu überdecken

The hotel is close to the chợ cốc lếu and the border checkpoint, which is convenient. However, the front‑desk staff were not professional, and the elevator lobby had a lingering cigarette smell that persisted from the previous day.
