The staff service was beyond words, sensational. The environment feels old and outdated.

Atendimento top e café da manhã maravilhoso

I had health issues and had to leave early, yet the attendant was very empathetic and helpful—no complaints about her service. The towels were stained, but she swapped them for me right away. They host schools and companies, so the atmosphere felt less family‑friendly, especially around the pool area.

I didn’t like it. Horrible. There were bedbugs in the room and a bad odor.

Overall everything was great. Nothing to complain about.
