The hotel sits on a great shopping center at the foot of the building, but the surrounding neighborhood is unpleasant. It’s annoying that the hotel shares a name with another Westin next door. The restaurant is very basic, the staff are not very friendly or helpful, and breakfast is served in a separate restaurant.

The location is good, but the hotel feels a bit old; I don’t like the carpets, they look old, dirty, and outdated. The elevator announces the floor you choose, and that noise is quite loud in the rooms.

The location is fine, but the place is old, smells bad, and looks much better on Booking than it actually does. The pool was terrible.
