The facilities were solid and the room comfy, but the reception was a nightmare. At check‑in the staff were unhelpful, and the next morning they woke us at 6:30 saying our stay had expired, as if we were a motel guest.

The room was spacious, the bed comfy, breakfast decent, AC powerful, everything worked. But the reception was awful. When we arrived and said we had an online booking, the staff member Tamara was rude, started yelling, wouldn't let us show our reservation, said it wasn't there, told us to wait while the next guest was served. I had to raise my voice to get her to listen. In the end the booking wasn't accepted and we had to pay for a suite at a higher price. The night started stressful.
