The spot is great, but the guests were a nightmare. Constant noise, no respect for others, and the bathroom was filthy with a bad smell—definitely not what the reviews promised. On top of that, someone tried to steal from the shared fridge, which was a real annoyance.

Spotless rooms and a clean environment, plus the place is right next to Vila Germânica and the park. The downside? No 24‑hour front desk and the main gate is easy to open, which feels a bit unsafe.

Spot on location—everything I needed was just a short walk away.

Good location and value, but the check‑in was a hassle. No one was at the front desk when we arrived, and I had to hunt through emails for the access code. I’d suggest sending the room key and Wi‑Fi details via WhatsApp right after check‑in. Also, the Wi‑Fi info was missing on arrival and the bathroom and microwave could use a little extra cleaning.

Excellent location, close to Vila Germânica and all the local spots. I loved the keyless entry—no waiting for staff or carrying keys, which made check‑in and check‑out a breeze.
