I booked a room at this hotel, but to my dismay, they had rented it to someone else. This led to a frustrating experience where we had to pack up our belongings and search for a new place to stay. The inconvenience was quite significant, and I'm still trying to process how this could have happened. Needless to say, it was a disappointing start to our trip.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel fell short of our expectations in every way. We were extremely disappointed to find that the facilities mentioned on their website didn't match what was actually available. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how poorly everything was maintained – it was a truly underwhelming experience. The lack of attention to detail was evident in every aspect of our stay.

During my stay at this hotel, I was struck by the poor state of maintenance. The room was not clean, and to make matters worse, it didn't even have a western-style toilet. It was clear that the hotel was not prioritizing the comfort and convenience of its guests, which was a major letdown. Overall, my experience was marred by the hotel's lack of attention to detail and basic amenities.
