“Incrível”

A trip back in time. We loved staying at the winery. The staff were attentive, the food was delicious, and the wines are incredible—you can taste them right on the hotel grounds. Nothing negative.

“A truly exceptional hotel with amazing staff, beautiful rooms and fantastic food”

What an incredible hotel! It completely exceeded my expectations. I have never felt so well taken care of at a hotel. The staff make you feel like royalty from the moment you arrive. The rooms are beautifully decorated, spacious, and very comfortable, with a large bathroom. The food was amazing, we tried all three restaurants and both bars, and everything was delicious. We also had a massage and enjoyed the heated pool, which was a really lovely experience. I would particularly like to mention a few members of the staff who really made us feel at home. A special thank you to Dean at the bar for the amazing cocktails and wine, and to Tony for the fantastic piano show! Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so special. We will definitely be back! I would 100% recommend this hotel!

Our stay at Lanzerac was exceptional. The setting is beautiful and the whole place has such a relaxed, welcoming feel. The bubbles on arrival were a lovely touch, and we really enjoyed the wine tasting too. We also made good use of the spa and sauna, which was the perfect way to unwind. The valet parking and complimentary mini bar were such nice extras and really made us feel looked after. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Lanzerac certainly spoilt us and has set the bar pretty high for any other hotel!
