The Executive King Suite – Non‑Smoking offers an extra‑large double bed and a crib, accommodating up to four guests. The room includes air conditioning, a seating area with a sofa, a separate dining space, and a flat‑screen TV with cable channels. All furnishings are arranged within the suite’s private layout.
The lobby was fine, but everything felt very old and the pool was out of service for 3‑4 days.
The overall experience was decent, but the tub was dirty and the advertised pool and fitness room weren’t working, and they couldn’t remove any of the broken facilities from the list.

Bar staff was terrific. It was advertised that the facility had a pool, but it was not available. If I had known that, I wouldn't have even considered staying there. Note in the room said to enjoy the bottled water & snacks but there were neither. There was no clock in the room. We stayed at an Embassy Suites in Columbus a few days ago and it exceeded our expectations & we thought we'd get the same from another Embassy Suites. Just an accumulation of lots of little things

It was a very convenient location. Close to the highway and shopping. It is not well maintained. My toilet broke and I had to call down to the front desk 4x before it was addressed. Also, a man knocked on my door at 8:30 am claiming to be with maintenance and investigating a leak but he had no uniform or identifying name tag on. They overcharged my card by $500! The breakfast was horrible. Lots of options but nothing tasted good
