The heating and air conditioning worked well and it was easy to adjust the room temperature, yet the bathroom had inconvenient soap and shampoo dispensers, and the bathroom door became warped—likely from moisture—so it no longer closes properly.

The room was nicely designed, the pillow was good, and the surroundings felt pleasant, but the shower had a weak water flow and the small shower stall made it hard to exit.

Front desk were happy to take on board our comments about the noise on the first morning of our stay which we believe to be from the breakfast room - happily changed us to the other side of the hotel which we were happy with. Overall an enjoyable and comfortable stay with friendly staff. Maybe a slight few minor flaws with little things like the coffee cups were stained, the coffee water jug was not clean - but just minor attention to detail to be addressed with housekeeping. Would certainly recommend and would stay again
