The staff and location met our needs, but the hotel’s interior had noticeable wear; we saw a transition from a Comfort Inn to a Sleep Inn during our stay and heard the staff mention upcoming renovations. We struggled with room keys, yet the staff apologized and helped. The hallways reflected the building’s age and heavy use.

The location was convenient for the return trip home, and the front‑desk ladies were friendly. However, the cleaning was poor: the carpeted stairs were dirty. Breakfast was subpar—no yogurt, everything plastic, including utensils and food. The menu featured plastic meats, plastic sausages, plastic eggs, weak coffee, and inedible pastries. The room was too cold when we arrived, and the heating didn’t work.
