This Comfort Quadruple Room is equipped with individually controlled air conditioning, available for an additional charge, and includes a closet for storing personal belongings. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower and bidet for convenience. In-room amenities comprise a flat-screen television, electric kettle, and heated flooring with tile finish. The accommodation sleeps multiple guests, with a total of three beds provided.

A private balcony is part of the Single Room. The room contains one single bed for one guest and an en‑suite bathroom. Air conditioning (additional charge) and a flat‑screen satellite TV are provided for climate control and entertainment. Free Wi‑Fi is available throughout the room.

The hotel is less than a meter from shops and restaurants. The room and bathroom were clean. The staff have a great attitude toward guests, are very helpful, and gladly give advice not only about the hotel but also about sightseeing. The gentleman who was there when we checked in even handed us a map and highlighted a few places worth seeing and explained the best way to get there. The only downside is that noise from other rooms carries relatively loudly.
Comfortable and very clean. The staff were very attentive and helped with whatever you needed. The location was perfect, very close to the train.
Close to the central station, which was convenient since we arrived by train and also took a train to Lake Como. It might have been more convenient to stay on the other side of the station and be even closer to, for example, Domen, but it took about 35 minutes to walk there. The dust could have been better; it feels like they dust low furniture well but forget lamps and other items above the bathroom mirror, and there was also some dust under the bed.
