I booked in April and we had a last‑minute confirmation that they were expecting us. While I was traveling by plane, they cancelled the reservation. At 19:00 we were left without accommodation. Friends managed to find another place for me before I arrived in town, but it cost 320 € instead of 239 € and was in a completely different district. The cancellation came right before my arrival; I couldn’t handle it while on the plane. I flew from 15:45 to 19:15, and they sent the email at 16:30… I was forced into a difficult situation.
