The staff were very kind, but their English was very poor. They cannot speak fluent English. Pleasant stay.

The location is great, breakfast is good, and there are restaurants around. A mall is close by.

The view of the Canton Tower was fantastic, and the room was nice and comfortable with a cool bathroom that had both a shower and a bathtub. The only downside was that the corridors were very dark.
