Nothing. Everything is a scam! They claim it’s a 4‑star property, but subtracting four stars leaves us with… how did they even calculate that? Half the pictures show a pool that actually belongs to someone else, and it costs 100 baht if you want to use it! Overall, terrible—disgusting. I don’t think they even changed the bedding, and it felt like living in prison with bars on the balcony windows that were unusable and missing a pane. I could go on…

The owner is terribly mean, and the place feels just as bad. We booked nine nights to stay with an ICU patient, but had to move the hospital abruptly. We explained the situation to the staff, yet they refused any refund; even a daily rate of 200 baht would have been acceptable, but they declined everything.

The price is reasonable and the parking lot is spacious. The only downside is that the AC in the room couldn’t be set to 30 °C; it wasn’t until almost 6 am, from 23:00, that it cooled to 24 °C. Still, the fan helped and I slept comfortably alone.
