The location is great, just a short walk from Pakuwon Mall, and there are loads of different food spots nearby, which makes grabbing a bite super convenient at any time. The only thing to note is that the hotel elevator is quite small and poorly ventilated, so it can feel cramped and stuffy, especially if you’re lugging luggage or sharing it with other guests.

The staff were friendly. The facilities, however, could use a lot of improvement: the linens were already torn, the towel color was far from white, the air‑conditioning was noisy, and on our last day the elevator stopped working, forcing us to take the stairs up to the 6th floor. Still, the staff were helpful.

This hotel's got a great spot and is super easy to get to, plus the staff are really helpful. Parking's a breeze and the security team are always smiling. Only downside is the towels are in pretty rough shape, most of 'em are ripped.

The location is spot on, really central and convenient. That's about all I can say, didn't really have any other standout experiences.
